The film industry is changing rapidly. Traditional pathways to production and distribution are becoming less predictable, while the boundaries between film, television, social media, and digital content continue to blur. In this new landscape, storytellers need to think beyond our roles on set — we need to think like our own studio.

One Person Film Studio explores how filmmakers can take greater ownership of the entire creative process, from pre-production through distribution. Designed for solo filmmakers and small teams working with limited time, money, and resources, this class focuses on practical strategies for developing, producing, finishing, and sharing compelling work without waiting for a traditional studio system to make it possible.

Whether you're a filmmaker, content creator, or simply a storyteller with an idea and limited resources, this course will help you build a more resourceful, adaptable, and independent approach to making films.

Students should come prepared with pen and paper or other note-taking device.
