What is the A/V Toolbox?
Since the Atlanta Film Society (ATLFS) already owns so much top-of-the-line audio, visual and presentation paraphernalia for our own events (including the annual 10-day Atlanta Film Festival each spring), it made sense to make it available for others to rent at competitive rates, with all proceeds supporting our organization. As a non-profit, ATLFS operates the A/V Toolbox as both a source of funding for our year-round programs and as an outlet to better serve the Metro Atlanta community.
Why Rent from the A/V Toolbox?
Our equipment is first class and our technicians are highly skilled. Additionally, we offer this equipment at better rates than you'll find elsewhere, and renting from us helps support the 47-year-old non-profit ATLFS in our mission to lead the community in creative and cultural discovery through the moving image. We offer substantially discounted rates for other non-profit arts organizations.
How does this work?
Email rentals@atlantafilmsociety.org or call (404) 352-4225 for quotes or more information, but basically, we are happy to work with you on what your specific needs are. While some of this equipment can be picked up and operated independently, some of it requires a technician. We can supply an expert technician with any rental (rates vary). We allow payment by credit card or check, and your rental will not be considered as booked until a deposit of 25% is received by ATLFS.
What is your cancellation policy?
A rental will not be considered as booked until a deposit of 25% is received by ATLFS. In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days out, the order is fully refundable. In the event of a cancellation less than 30 days out, the order is 50% refundable. In the event of a cancellation is less than 10 days out, the order is 25% refundable.
