Director Bio:

Ann Marie Allison makes her feature directorial debut with You're Dating a Narcissist!, a sharp, heartfelt comedy about modern love and self-discovery. Known for her witty, female-driven storytelling, Allison previously co-wrote and executive-produced the indie favorite Golden Arm, which earned a 100% Certified Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and Roger Ebert's Golden Thumb Award. She also co-wrote and executive-produced The Fabulous Four, starring Susan Sarandon, Bette Midler, Megan Mullally, and Sheryl Lee Ralph. A writer, producer, and trained psychologist, Allison brings both a sharp edge and a big heart to her stories. She is a screenwriting mentor in the University of Georgia's MFA in Screenwriting program and appeared on the AFF panel "Navigating a Career in Screenwriting" at last year's festival.
